Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?+
Complimentary express shipping to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. We ship worldwide; rates outside our core markets are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?+
1–3 business days in the UK, 2–4 in the US, 3–6 in Canada and Australia, 5–10 elsewhere.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size?+
Each product page has a sizing guide based on your dog's weight and chest measurement. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if it doesn't fit?+
Free exchanges for size or color within 30 days. We ship the new one as soon as you confirm.
Warranty & returns
What's covered by the warranty?+
A 2-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship from the day your order arrives. See the warranty page for full details.
How does the 30-night trial work?+
Use it, wash it, take it on a road trip. If it isn't right within 30 nights of delivery, we collect it and refund you in full.
How do I start a return?+
Email hello@voyagefur.com with your order number and we'll send a pre-paid label within a day.
Care
How do I clean my VoyageFur piece?+
Inner cushions are removable and machine-washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only. Wipe leather with a soft, damp cloth and condition twice a year.
Do you offer repairs?+
Yes — we repair, refinish and re-stitch for as long as you own it. Email us with photos and we'll arrange a free pickup.
