Orders placed before 2pm local time ship the same business day from our New Jersey (US/CA) or Manchester (UK/EU/AU) warehouses. Typical transit times: US 2–4 business days, UK 2–3 business days, Canada 4–6 business days, Australia 5–7 business days.

Use CalmRide at home, in the car or on a trip for up to 30 nights. If your dog isn't sleeping more peacefully, request a return from your order confirmation email and we'll send you a prepaid label.
No. Returns are completely free for customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. We email you a prepaid label and refund you in full once the bed is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of the return being scanned. Most banks post the funds within 3–5 business days after that.
Yes — exchanges are free within 30 days. Reply to your order email with the size or color you'd like and we'll ship the new bed before the original arrives back, so your dog is never without one.
Not at all. The trial is meant to be used. Send it back with normal wear — vacuum off loose fur and we'll handle the rest.
Our 2-year warranty covers any defect in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, including stitching, zippers, the non-slip backing and bolster structure. If something fails, we repair or replace it free of charge.
Damage from chewing, sharp claws used as toys, machine-washing on hot, or accidents outside normal use. We'll still help — discounted replacements are available for loyalty members.
