What the warranty covers
Coverage starts the day your order is delivered and runs for 24 months. No registration required — your order is automatically on file. Warranty is transferable; if you gift or resell your VoyageFur piece, the cover follows the product.
Included
- Seam separation, loose stitching or zipper failure under normal use
- Bolster collapse or filling that loses structure within 24 months
- Faux-fur shedding beyond the natural break-in period (first 14 days)
- Non-slip base detachment or degradation under recommended care
- Hardware defects on collars, harnesses and travel accessories
- Color fading caused by manufacturing — not by sun or improper washing
Not included
- Damage caused by chewing, scratching or pets digging through the cover
- Stains, odors or wear from normal use beyond the 30-night trial window
- Damage from machine drying, bleach, or non-recommended detergents
- Loss, theft, or damage during owner-arranged transport
- Cosmetic variation in natural materials (linen weave, faux-fur pile)
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

- Return shipping
- Free in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Pre-paid label emailed within a day.
- Refund timing
- Issued within 2 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
- Exchanges
- Free for size or color within 30 days. We ship the new one as soon as you confirm.
- Condition
- Normal wear is fine. We just ask you don't return items damaged by chewing.
- After 30 days
- Warranty repair or replacement only — no refunds outside the trial window.
